1. A Turn-Key contract
is to be signed between clients and ESIC, under which ESIC implements
strict process of supplier selection to build a qualified Suppliers
Network;
2. ESIC operates Suppliers Network Management by being involved
totally in all key issues on supply chain from quotation to
shipping, working as a purchase division of clients in China
and maintains transparency to clients;
3. On condition of Turn-Key contract, the whole Suppliers Network
will be transferred to client in the end of contract or the
Turn-Key cooperation is to be continued upon request.

Normally, ESIC will
arrange one purchaser as project manager to focus on one client¨s
business. After time of probation time, it is possible for the
client to hire this purchaser who is to be consigned to ESIC
for performance management. ESIC will report to client directly
in terms on this CP¨s performance and evaluation. Meanwhile,
ESIC will serve as back-up for the whole supplier network no
matter whether there is any personnel move. |
